Our company does not assume full responsibility in case of canceled trips, as a result of acts of vandalism, strikes, wars, government actions, weather conditions, or any other type of factors that involve additional costs arising from delays, itinerary changes or other causes. MACHUPICCHU NICE, is not responsible for adverse situations that can happen to our clients, such as: Diseases, pregnancy, physical or mental impairments, which may endanger the health or integrity of him or third parties during the development of the tour hired. Payments and cancellations When you reserve a reservation for a product through the website, machupicchu nice collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below “Processing of payment”. PAYMENT METHODS

TRIP CANCELLATION

NO SHOW: Any passenger who does not show up for a scheduled and reserved service, without prior cancellation and acceptance, will be considered as NO SHOW, and 100% of the fare will be charged without the right to refunds or claims. In case the passenger does not want to do the tours for personal reasons, MACHUPICCHU NICE will charge 100% of the service. MACHUPICCHU NICE recommends that all travelers have Accident and / or Travel Insurance. We do not provide an accident or travel insurance policy and it is not included in our costs.

• If a passenger or member of a group becomes ill or a mishap arises, we will transfer you to a nearby clinic for proper care.

• In case of accidents or when an evacuation is necessary, we organize all the rescue and evacuation logistics. In both cases the expenses are borne by the client or his insurance. We recommend that companies and Tour Operators verify if the passengers you send come with travel insurance.
